How to Fix It

Open the door and manually redistribute the laundry around the drum.
Pull apart tangled items and spread them evenly. Large items like duvets should be teamed with smaller items to help balance the load.

A single duvet or heavy item will always cause UE. Adding a couple of towels creates counterweight and allows the spin cycle to complete.
