How to Fix It

Press SHIFT+F3 (V-Window) and check settings.
Make sure Xmin < Xmax and Ymin < Ymax. Scale values must be positive.

Use SHIFT+F3 > INIT to reset to default window.
This resets the viewing window to standard values.

For tables: check Start, End, and Step values.
Start must be less than End. Step must be positive.
