Log out and log back in
Click the Roblox menu → Log Out. Wait 30 seconds, then log back in. The Robux balance is fetched fresh from the server on login and this resolves almost all display-only issues.

Check your transaction history
Go to roblox.com → click your avatar (top right) → Robux → My Transactions. If the purchase shows here, the Robux was credited — it may just not be displaying correctly in the app. Log out and back in.

Check your payment method
Check your bank, PayPal, or App Store/Google Play purchase history. If the payment shows as Pending rather than Completed, the Robux will not appear until it clears — typically within 24 hours.

Wait up to 24 hours for App Store / Google Play
Purchases through Apple or Google's payment systems go through an additional verification layer. Roblox cannot credit Robux until Apple/Google confirms the payment, which can take up to 24 hours.

Contact Roblox support
If it has been over 24 hours and the payment cleared, go to roblox.com/support. Provide your username, the date and amount of purchase, and your transaction ID. Roblox support can verify and credit missing Robux.
