In extreme heat (above 65°C inside the car), the Vantrue may enter thermal protection and refuse to power on until it cools. Allow 15 minutes of cooling with windows open or air conditioning before attempting to power on.
Vantrue dash cam powers on briefly, shows logo, and shuts off — cause?
A brief start-then-shutdown loop usually indicates the power supply cannot sustain the camera current draw. Try a car charger rated at 12W or higher. Also check whether the issue occurs with a power bank at home.
