What Does This Error Mean?

No SD Card Inserted means the drone camera has no memory card and cannot save photos or videos. The drone will fly normally, but nothing you film will be saved. Some DJI models have internal storage as a backup — most do not.

How to Fix It

Land the drone if it is airborne — you need to insert the card on the ground.

You cannot insert an SD card while the drone is flying. Land in a safe spot.
Locate the SD card slot on your drone model.

On most DJI drones the slot is on the camera body or the side of the drone. Check your manual.
Insert a formatted SD card (microSD, Class 10/U3/V30 or faster) firmly until it clicks.

The card must click into place. A loosely inserted card may fall out or show SD errors during flight.
Confirm the card is recognized in the DJI Fly app before flying.

The app shows available storage space on the main screen when the card is detected.
