How to Fix It
-
Sync the Kindle: Settings > Sync My Kindle.

-
Check the library filter.
On the Library screen, check if the filter is set to Downloaded. Switch to All to see cloud books that are not yet downloaded.
-
Verify the correct Amazon account.
Settings > Your Account. Make sure it shows the account you purchased books with.
-
Check your Amazon account online.
Go to amazon.com > Account > Content & Devices. Verify your books are listed and assigned to this Kindle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have books from two Amazon accounts on one Kindle?
No. A Kindle can only be registered to one Amazon account at a time. You can share books within an Amazon Household (2 adults).
What is the difference between Downloaded and All?
