Severity: ModerateWhat Does This Error Mean?
WiFi Not Connecting on a Kobo usually means the password is wrong, the signal is weak, or the router is on 5 GHz only. Forget the network and reconnect. Older Kobos only support 2.4 GHz.

How to Fix It
-
Forget the network and reconnect.
Settings > WiFi > tap the network > Forget. Reconnect and enter the password carefully.
-
Make sure 2.4 GHz is available.
Older Kobos only support 2.4 GHz WiFi. Newer models (Clara 2E, Libra 2) support both bands.
-
Restart the Kobo and router.
Turn both off, restart the router first, wait 1 minute, then turn on the Kobo.
-
Delete old saved networks.
Having too many saved networks can cause connection issues. Remove networks you no longer use.
