Error PC0001 means the Peloton cannot connect to the internet. This prevents streaming classes and updating your workout history. Check your WiFi, restart the tablet, and move the bike closer to the router.

How to Fix It

Check WiFi: tap Settings (top right) > WiFi.
Make sure the Peloton is connected. If not, select your network and enter the password.

Restart the Peloton tablet.
Hold the power button on the back of the screen for 10 seconds. Select Restart when prompted.

Restart your WiFi router.
Unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in, wait 2 minutes, then try the Peloton.

Use a WiFi extender if the Peloton is far from the router.
Peloton streams HD video which needs a strong, stable connection. A WiFi extender or mesh system helps.

Can I use Peloton without internet?
Very limited. The Just Ride/Run mode works offline. But all classes, leaderboards, and metrics require internet.
Does Peloton support Ethernet?
The Bike+ and Tread have Ethernet ports. The original Bike does not. Ethernet is more stable than WiFi for streaming.
