How to Fix It
-
Note the exact error code.
Write down the full error code and any text that appears on screen. Different codes mean very different things — diagnosis depends on the specific code.
-
Try a power-cycle reset.
Power off the machine at the master switch (or unplug it). Wait 30 seconds, then power on. Many transient errors clear with a single reboot.
-
Check the e-stop / safety key.
Make sure the safety key (treadmills) is fully inserted and the e-stop is not activated. A missing or partially inserted safety key causes errors that may be displayed as motor or sensor faults.
-
Refer to the machine manual.
Each Technogym model has a specific error code reference in its user manual or service manual. The manual gives the meaning of each code and any user-fixable steps.
-
Contact Technogym service.
If the error persists after a power-cycle and basic checks, contact Technogym customer service. They can advise whether it is a user fix or whether a service visit is needed.
When to Call a Professional
Technogym is professional-grade equipment. For most error codes that do not clear after a reboot, contact Technogym-authorised service. They have access to specific diagnostic data via the machine's service mode.
