How to Fix It

Restart the Nintendo Switch.
Hold the Power button for 3 seconds → Power Options → Restart. A full restart clears temporary memory and software states. Attempt to launch the affected game after restart.

Check and reseat the SD card.
Power off the Switch. Remove the microSD card from the slot on the back of the console (or bottom, for Switch Lite). Reinsert it firmly until it clicks. Power on and test. A poorly seated SD card causes read errors that trigger 2123-1502.

On the Switch home screen, highlight the affected game. Press + (Plus) to open the options menu. Select Manage Software → Check for Corrupt Data. If corruption is found, the Switch will offer to delete and redownload the corrupted files.
