CyberPower UPS not switching to battery during a power outage usually means the battery is fully discharged, the unit is overloaded, or bypass mode is active. Check the battery charge level and reduce the load to under 80% of the VA rating.

Common Causes
- Battery completely discharged — cannot supply power at all
- Connected load exceeds the UPS VA rating (overload)
- Bypass switch accidentally activated
