Ring Alarm base station offline but siren still works — is the alarm still active?
If the base station is offline (no internet), the alarm can still trigger locally and sound the siren. However, Ring Monitoring cannot receive alerts and emergency dispatch will not be contacted until internet is restored.
Ring Alarm base station offline after internet provider changed — what to do?
When your internet provider changes, the router settings (SSID and password) change too. Reconnect the base station to the new Wi-Fi network through the Ring app Device Health menu.
