How to Fix It

Check your subscription status in the Oura app: Profile > Account > Membership.
This screen shows whether you have an active membership, the renewal date, and the payment method. If it shows 'Expired' or 'No active plan', your subscription has lapsed.

Update your payment method: Profile > Account > Manage Subscription > Update Payment.
If your card expired, adding a new valid payment method and renewing should immediately restore access to premium features.

If you subscribed through Apple: go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions to manage or restore the Oura subscription.
Apple handles billing for subscriptions purchased in the iOS App Store. Oura cannot modify these subscriptions directly — you must manage them through Apple.

Your raw data (sleep, heart rate, steps) remains on Oura's servers and is not deleted. However, you lose access to premium score views (Readiness Score, advanced sleep staging) until you renew. Once you renew, all your historical premium views are restored.
