How to Fix It

Check your subscription status on Oura's website or in-app.
Open the Oura app > Profile > Membership, or log in at cloud.ouraring.com. Confirm whether the membership is active, lapsed, or cancelled.

Update the payment method in the App Store or Google Play.
On iPhone: Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Oura Membership > Update Payment. On Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments and Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions > Oura. An expired card is the most common cause of a lapsed subscription.

Sign out of the Oura app and sign back in.
In the Oura app go to Profile > Settings > Log Out. Sign back in with the same account. This forces the app to re-check your membership status from Oura's servers.

On Android: phone Settings > Apps > Oura > Storage > Clear Cache. On iPhone, there is no manual cache clear — force-closing and reopening the app achieves a similar result.
