How to Fix It

  1. Check that you're signed in to the correct Amazon account.

You may have multiple accounts. Look at the account name in the top right corner.

  2. Open your email inbox and search for 'Your Amazon.com order'.

The confirmation email will show which account and address the order was sent to.

  3. Wait 10–15 minutes and refresh your Orders page.

New orders can take a few minutes to appear after checkout.

  4. Clear the Amazon app cache. Go to your phone's Settings, find the Amazon app, and tap Clear Cache.

On a browser, press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to force a fresh load.

  5. If you still don't see it, contact Amazon Support via the Help section in the app or website.

Have your order confirmation email ready — it speeds things up.
