How to Fix It

Check if the title has a download button.

Not all Netflix content is available for download. Look for the download icon next to the episode or movie. If it's missing, that title can't be downloaded.

Free up storage on your device.

Go to your phone's Settings > Storage and delete unused apps, photos, or files to make room.
