What Does This Error Mean?

E-2 means the blood sample applied to the strip was too small, was applied after the strip's fill window closed, or the strip was contaminated. Discard the used strip and repeat the test with a new strip, ensuring a full-sized blood drop is ready before inserting the strip.

How to Fix It

  1. Discard the strip and start fresh

  2. Prepare a larger blood drop before inserting the strip
