Error 005 on a Husqvarna Automower means the rear loop sensor cannot read the boundary signal. Check the charging station LED is on and walk the boundary wire to look for breaks. The fix is identical to error 004 but applies to the rear sensor.

  3. Use the wire-break detection mode.

    If a break is suspected but not visible, use the Automower's wire-break detection feature — beeping pattern intensifies near the break.

  4. Move the mower and retry.

    Carry the mower close to a confirmed-good section of boundary wire. Press START. If error 005 clears with the mower near the wire but returns far from it, the boundary signal is too weak in some sections — consider rerouting.
