Open the Mi Home app. Tap your air purifier and check the filter life percentage. If it shows 0% or a replace-filter icon, the filter is due.

Unplug the purifier. Open the back panel by pressing the release button and swinging it open. Remove the cylindrical filter by lifting it straight up.
